Return Policy

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days to the address below.

  2. Mark the package clearly RETURN

  3. If you purchased with a credit card, the original purchase amount, less shipping, will be credited to your credit card. If you purchased by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to the billing address on your order.

  4. Returns are accepted in the original box with all original packing material, manuals, and warranty cards.

  5. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you insure your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive.

  6. All returns must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds for If watches that show signs of use.

  7. We cannot accept modified watches for credit. If links are added or removed from the bracelet we cannot accept the watch for return.

Shipping

  1. Orders received by noon Standard Eastern Time, will normally ship within the same business day. Occasionally, orders will ship the next business day.

  2. We normally ship via UPS ground Free of Charge

  3. Faster service is available for a fee that varies according to your location. Available services are UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. To obtain the price for these services you have to complete the order. You will be given a chance to change your order or cancel it before approving it.

  4. We ship only to United States. Orders placed for shipping in other countries will not be processed.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties other than agents, service providers acting on our behalf for limited purposes. For example, we may share personal information with our agents or service providers to process credit card payments, ship your order, or send you email on our behalf. These third parties are authorized to use your personal information only to perform the service they are providing for us.

Security

Torgoen Watch uses the industry's highest security measures to ensure that your credit card information is protected. When an order is placed through our shopping cart, your personal information is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, the industry standard security protocol for encoding sensitive information. No credit card information is stored on our website or on our servers. If you call us to make a transaction that involves a financial transaction, we will ask you for your credit card details again, since we would not have access to this information.

Information Collected

Each time a visitor comes to our web site our web server records your IP address as well as placing cookies in your browser. This helps us monitor traffic and create the transactions. The Information we collect is used for our website design, processing, and for navigational purposes.

Three Years Limited Warranty

Torgoen warrants this watch to be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of three years from the date of the original purchase in the United States.

This Warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage, accidental or otherwise, not caused by defect of material or workmanship.

  2. Damage caused by consumer misuse, tampering, or failure to follow the instructions in the Instruction Manual.

  3. Damage to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other appearance parts caused by wear

  4. Moisture damage to a watch not marked "water resistant" on the back or on the dial.

  5. Damage caused by failure to test and reseal the watch after battery change.

 

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of any implied warranty and/or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and/or exclusions may not apply to you.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have rights which vary from state to state.

If the watch has a defect described above within the warranty period, Torgoen will repair or replace any defective parts free of charge within a reasonable time. Torgoen may exchange the watch at its own discretion.
